New Families
New to Koala Kare? Start here to create your account and begin registration.
- Click the New Families button below and complete the lead form. Once the lead form is complete and submitted, your account will be moved to our "waitlisted" status.
- You will receive an email directing you to set up an account in our ChildPilot Parent Portal system. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive this email.
- Follow the instructions in the email and complete the required Registration Form. This form must be completed with all requested information. If any information is missing or incorrect, we cannot process the enrollment.
- Once your account is created and your Registration Form is submitted, you will receive a Welcome Email. Please contact koala.kare@yahoo.com if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.
Returning Families
Welcome back to Koala Kare! Use your existing Parent Portal account to re-enroll your child.
- Click the Returning Families button below.
- Log in to your Parent Portal and submit the current Registration Form.
- Once your form is received, it will be processed and Koala Kare will send an email confirming your child's enrollment.
- Your child cannot attend until you receive the confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, not including weekends or holidays, please email koala.kare@yahoo.com .
Registration Information
Registrations require 24–48 hours to process, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your Registration Form has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming your child's start date. Your child is not officially enrolled until this confirmation email has been received.
